Irish Coffee Irish Whiskey Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

1.5 oz / 45 ml Lost Irish
.5 oz / 15 ml Demerara Syrup
3.5 oz / 100 ml Medium Dark Roast Coffee
Thumb of prepared Heavy Cream (36% fat content)
6 oz / 180 ml Georgian style Irish Coffee Glass

Directions

Pre-heat a 6-ounce, heatproof glass by filling with hot water. Once warm, empty the glass. Add whiskey, simple syrup and coffee to glass, quick stir to combine ingredients. Float a thumb layer of cream over the top

.25 oz / 5 ml Pimento Dram
2 dashes of Angostura

.25 oz / 5 ml demerara syrup
3 dashes of Angostura Bitters

1.5 oz / 45 ml Lost Irish
.75 oz / 20 ml Lemon Juice
.5 oz / 15 ml Simple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 chopped strawberries
Top with Ginger Beer
